Welcome to Framingham Village!

Framingham Village Homes Association, "Where Pride Resides," is a self-managed Homeowners Association (HOA) with 213 single-family homes. It was established as a neighborhood in February 1971. This beautiful community, with lush lawns and gorgeous homes, is located off S. Military Highway and Indian River Road in the College Park area. Residents enjoy a host of amenities such as a community Clubhouse, a swimming pool, playground, and tennis and basketball courts. The community has its own nature trails that weave through the neighborhood behind or adjacent to the residents' homes and is a pleasant feature for those who like to jog, take a leisurely stroll, or walk their pets.

The affairs of the Association are administered by a Board of Directors, who are elected by the homeowners at the Annual General Meeting. Regular Board meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at the Clubhouse. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend. Each year, Framingham Village participates in the "National Night Out" event and partners with the area Police Department in the Neighborhood Watch Program to deter crime in our community.

Framingham Village has a diverse mixture of retired educators, retired military, active-duty members, first responders, die-hard sports fans, and a host of friendly pets.
